Diffano Exquisite Technology Co., Ltd. is the only company in Taiwan dedicated to the R&D, production, and marketing of injectable safety syringes. Located in the Daxi Water Resource Protection Zone of Taoyuan—an area specially designated to prevent human contamination—the company was established in collaboration with SMAS Technology Co., Ltd., which oversees the complete manufacturing process.
Diffano’s subsidiary, RYYD International Trading Co., Ltd., actively drives the growth of environmental protection, energy, and pharmaceutical industries both in Taiwan and abroad. In the environmental sector, the company utilizes food-grade products to purify air pollution and has obtained certifications for PM2.5 removal, ammonia-nitrogen odor elimination, and carbon emission reduction—successfully implementing effective solutions for environmental air pollution control.

Considering the safety of syringes, we designed the patented sleeve-type safety syringe needle manufacturing machine, and connected it to the company that produced the military probe in Hiroshima, Japan. We successfully purchased the only equipment in Asia that can produce painless three-pronged needles. The patented safety syringe alliance partner, Minxiang Industrial Co., Ltd., has obtained the US FDA certification; it is named: PAX3/Pas Safety Syringe, US FDA certificate number K#252098, and will be officially deployed in the United States for sales to the global market.
At present, the syringe planning is committed to researching the production plan of biodegradable syringe materials for the safe syringe 2.0 version, so that future plastic syringes can be completely decomposed, reducing the harm caused by plastic products to the environment, while solving the environmental protection problem of syringe waste disposal and bringing a better environment to the earth.
Currently, we are focused on developing the next generation of safety syringes—version 2.0—using biodegradable materials. This initiative aims to create fully decomposable plastic syringes that reduce environmental harm and address the ecological challenges of syringe waste disposal, contributing to a healthier planet.
Dr. Li, the head of Tifano, is a doctor of medicine. His cooperation with Chairman Su, the head of Yaosheng Electronics Co., Ltd., the parent company of Xuanming Technology Co., Ltd., is a rare cross-field cooperation... Yaosheng's subsidiary Xuanming Technology has invested in the production of safety syringes and has obtained Taiwan TFDA certification. In November 2024, Yaosheng exchanged shares with the old Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical company to formally form an alliance to enter the biomedical field.

Facing healthcare challenges, the company developed the world’s only MIT-manufactured high-spec safety syringe, certified by the EU and TFDA. It also introduced Japan-certified supplements, including Tetranone, Ulsinine, and Ulimerin, to support nutrition and health.
For environmental issues, the company addresses the global water crisis, PM2.5, odors, CO₂, and carbon emissions. Solutions include "River Restoration Technology" to rebuild ecosystems and "Deodorization & PM2.5 Reduction Technology" for cleaner air.
In energy, the company offers smart energy storage cabinets combining calcium-carbon solar systems with safe lithium iron phosphate batteries, featuring efficient low-light power generation and unique calcium-carbon technology.
